1: Booking Confirmation
(a) We will accept your booking on the understanding you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
(b) When making a booking online we will confirm that booking by E-mail which will include useful information regarding the service(s) that have been booked.
2: Cancellation & Late fees
(a) All bookings may be cancelled up to and including the day of arrival prior to the arrival time given when making the booking.
(b) Pre-paid reservations where you fail to use or arrive at the facility will result in the cost of parking being forfeited.
(c) All vehicles left longer than the specified booking time will result in a daily charge being applied until the vehicle is collected. Vehicles will not be released until these charges are paid.
3: Requirements for parking
(a) When you hand the vehicle over to us it must be in a roadworthy, safe and legal condition and be fully taxed, insured and covered by a valid MOT certificate (if required) for the complete period that you have booked.
(b) You must arrive in plenty of time at the drop of location without causing any obstructions. We accept no responsibility for missed flights or transfers when inadequate time has been given.
(c) You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle. We accept no responsibility over the contents of the vehicle.
(d) You must inform us of any security devices, immobilisers and alarms in the vehicle. We must also be informed of any modifications for disability.
(e) You must notify us about any changes or alterations regarding flight times or return dates by email or telephone
(f) We require you to leave a set of vehicle keys with us, Vehicles may be moved from the drop of location to one of our private car parks. Vehicles will not be moved any more than 25 miles (round trip)
(g) All baggage is your responsibility. Our drivers or staff do not take responsibility over lost baggage or items left in our transfer vehicles.
(h) When you return you will be required to provide the ticket which is issued when parking for collection of the keys. If you do not have a ticket you will be required to provide proof of ownership of the vehicle.
(i) Once the vehicle has been returned to you, you must pay any parking charges due if you decide to park longer than agreed, or if you fail to confirm any changes to the date or time of your return journey.
4: Exclusions and Limits of Our Responsibility
(a) Any loss or damage that is covered by your car, holiday or other specific insurance.
(b) Any events outside our control, events you have not arranged insurance cover for or have insurance excesses for.
(c) Mechanical failures, terrorism, catastrophe or criminal activity.
(d) Any deterioration in the condition of the vehicle whilst in our keeping.
(e) Personal property left in your vehicle.
(f) Any losses caused by late arrival or insufficient time to book in for your flight.
(g) Delays in collecting your vehicle at an agreed time.
(h) Claims cannot be considered once the vehicle has left our facility after collection if the issues have not been highlighted during collection.
(i) Any consequential or indirect losses as a result of damage or loss such as loss of earnings.
5: Complaints procedures
(a) Any claims for loss or damage to vehicles or in relation to the quality of service provided by Stanstedparking.org (Oasis Parking Ltd) must be made immediately before leaving the premises.
(b) Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in your reservation being cancelled and any payments received being forfeited.
Note – These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
